Sandhu & Chouhan Produce in Bucca, NSW invites an experienced Facility Supervisor to lead our packing sheds, cold rooms and storage operations for berries and cucumbers.
You will coordinate daily intake, labour and schedules, supervise staff, ensure quality, food safety and audit readiness, and keep accurate production records.
The role requires AQF certificates and practical farming experience, with a focus on efficiency and waste reduction.
