W Melbourne is seeking a Head Bartender to lead the Curious Bar and Belasco restaurant beverage program in a luxury, rapid-paced setting.
You will supervise bar operations, drive seasonal cocktail menus, and mentor bartenders to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Based in Melbourne CBD, you will manage rostering, stock, and costs while maintaining high service standards in collaboration with the kitchen and hotel team.
Hotel experience is advantageous and a passion for creativity is essential.
