Palm Lake Group is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager for Cardón at Pelican Waters Golf Club on the Sunshine Coast.
You will oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar and private events, build a high-performing team and drive guest experiences to a premium standard.
You'll manage budgets, labour, and schedules, lead service across seven days, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering exceptional events and dining experiences in a flagship venue.
