Portsea Hotel on the Mornington Peninsula seeks a Duty Manager / Assistant Venue Manager to lead daily operations and develop our front of house team.
You will work closely with the General Manager and senior leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our 200-seat dining room and broader venue.
