Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, is launching a 12-month Graduate Program for soon-to-be graduated OTs.
The program starts with 12 weeks of intensive induction, then a reduced caseload for the first four months to build confidence and clinical reasoning.
You'll have weekly 1:1 supervision, monthly mentoring, a dedicated buddy, and access to the MedHealth Academy, with prospects to observe clinicians across disciplines.
