You will help run busy service, craft Tex-Mex, Americana and Aussie Pub dishes, and ensure top quality and safety in a rapid-paced pub kitchen.
Ideal candidates will have several years in similar roles, robust food knowledge, ordering and stock control experience, and a positive, team-focused attitude.
Nights, weekends, and public holidays are essential.
