You'll be the organisational backbone of our team, supporting clinical staff and management across a wide range of administrative functions.Key responsibilitiesSupporting day-to-day office and service operations, managing correspondence and keeping records accurate and up to dateProcessing timesheets, checking hours and allowances, and preparing payroll informationRaising invoices, reconciling payments and following up on outstanding accountsMonitoring and ordering clinical and office supplies, managing inventory and liaising with suppliersCoordinating staff rosters and patient visits, and managing calendars and appointmentsData entry, filing, phone and email enquiries, meeting support and document preparationMaintaining patient and staff confidentiality in line with privacy and health record requirementsSupporting quality, compliance and reporting activities as neededAbout youPrevious administrative experience, ideally in healthcare,
