City Fertility is hiring Patient Concierge at our Westfield Parramatta Health Hub on a part time or casual basis.
You will greet patients warmly, answer enquiries and help with bookings, payments and directions in a busy front-of-house workplace.You will provide first-line information, maintain a welcoming reception, manage sign-in, and support the Patient Services team while learning IVF terminology and City Fertility processes.
Versatile roster including evenings and weekends is ideal.
