Life Without Barriers is seeking a Youth Worker (Interim Care) in Sydney to support children aged 9–14 who may have experienced trauma.
You will help create a protected, homelike workplace and guide development of life skills such as independence and problem solving.The role requires building positive relationships, understanding family/kinship ties, and assisting with daily living tasks as needed.
Shifts include afternoon, sleepovers, and weekends.
