Kestrel Coal Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable Rostering Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential to move into a full time role.
This work-from-home position runs 9:00am–2:00pm (15 hours/week).
You will coordinate staff and participant rosters, ensuring shifts are covered and changes communicated quickly and effectively.
Ideal candidates are highly organised, able to communicate with support workers, participants and management, and comfortable making decisions during rostering
