Perth Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is seeking a friendly, organised, qualified and experienced Receptionist with Dental reception to join our extremely busy practice in West Leederville.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced medical setting and takes pride in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.
The successful applicant will work closely with our Senior Secretary and surgical team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.About the RoleDuties will include:Greeting patients and providing a warm and professional first point of contactManaging incoming calls, emails and appointment enquiriesBooking patient consultations and assisting with theatre schedulingLiaising with hospitals, specialists and allied health professionals,Producing Theatre Lists and distribute to Hospitals, Anaesthetist RoomsAssisting with patient treatment coordination and surgical preparationManaging patient accounts,



invoicing and Medicare claimingDaily administrative tasks including scanning, filing and correspondenceSupporting the Senior Secretary with the day-to-day running of the practiceAbout YouThe successful applicant will have:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail is a MUSTThe ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environmentProfessional presentation and a compassionate approach to patientsSound computer and typing skillsPrevious medical or dental reception experience is essential.
Minimum 3 yearsExperience with Genie software advantageousThis role involves a high level of patient interaction and close liaison with oral and maxillofacial surgeons, hospitals and other medical specialists.
