Duties will include but not be limited to.
Scaling, Skinning, Deboning, Filleting, Portioning, Packing, Weighing, Cleaning and Maintenance of Equipment & Delivery Driving.Experience with fish filleting is an advantage however "on the job" training will be given to the right person.We seek a reliable and motivated worker who thrives in a team setting.
