You will drive employee relations, payroll, and HR policy, while guiding managers through complex negotiations and change initiatives.With a focus on practical HR delivery, you will streamline processes, ensure legal compliance, and champion versatile work arrangements.
This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to the Chief People Officer.
