Palladium is seeking an experienced Governance & Leadership Support Coordinator to strengthen governance, accountability and decision-making across PLMSP. You'll support senior leadership, coordinate governance forums, and ensure actions are followed through.

You will manage agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking, with advanced Microsoft 365 and AI tooling to improve efficiency. Solid stakeholder engagement and discretion are essential in this role in Brisbane.
