What You'll Be Doing

- Providing expert advice and assistance to trade, workshop, and retail customers on automotive parts and products
- Delivering outstanding customer service while building strong, long-term customer relationships
- Supporting sales growth and branch performance outcomes
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control processes
- Maintaining high store presentation standards and ensuring compliance with company policies and workplace health and safety requirements
- Supporting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the branch
- Leading, coaching, and engaging team members to achieve their best
