Your new role
As the Senior Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role within a large Technology Portfolio, leading the people side of change across multiple technology initiatives. Working closely with technology leaders, project teams and business stakeholders, you will develop portfolio-level change strategies, assess organisational readiness, identify adoption risks and coordinate change activity across concurrent programmes. This is a highly visible role requiring both strategic and hands-on capability. You will lead end-to-end change management activities across initiatives including cyber security uplift, enterprise application modernisation, digital transformation and service management improvements. Responsibilities will include stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, adoption planning, readiness activities, training and capability development, while providing trusted advice to senior leaders and sponsors.
What you'll need to succeed
• Extensive experience leading organisational change within complex technology programmes, portfolios or transformation environments.• Proven experience supporting technology-focused initiatives such as cyber security, enterprise applications, digital transformation, infrastructure or IT service management programmes.
• Strong portfolio-level change management capability,



including assessing cumulative impacts, change saturation and organisational readiness.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide strategic advice to programme, portfolio and project leaders.
• Hands-on expertise across change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness and adoption planning.
• Experience working within cross-functional delivery teams alongside Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects and Technology SMEs.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business messages.
• Tertiary qualifications in Change Management, Business, Communications, HR or a related discipline, with Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent certification highly regarded.
• Experience within banking, financial services or another regulated setting will be highly advantageous.
