An opportunity for an experienced HSE Advisor to join an established construction business delivering complex commercial and industrial projects across WA.

Working closely with project teams, site management and subcontractors, you’ll take a hands-on approach to site safety, managing risk, ensuring compliance and driving a robust safety culture across construction projects.
About You

- Experience in HSE within commercial or industrial construction
- Strong understanding of WA WHS legislation and safety management systems
- Confident conducting site inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage site teams and subcontractors
- Proactive, practical approach to safety with a strong site presence
