Site Supervisor – Fit Out & Refurbishment

A well-establishedfit-out and refurbishment contractor is looking to expand its delivery team dueto a strong pipeline of upcoming work. They deliver a varied mix of projectsacross Sydney, including childcare, hospitality and multi-level commercial fit-outsand refurbishments, with projects generally ranging from $1M–$10M and largerprojects reaching up to $30M.

They are looking for aSite Supervisor who enjoys being hands-on, working across different projecttypes and becoming part of a growing team.

Your new role
Working closely withthe Site Manager and Project Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day running ofsite and help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a highstandard.
You’ll be responsiblefor managing subcontractors and trades on site, coordinating works, drivingprogramme and maintaining quality, while working across a range of fit-out andrefurbishment projects.

A number of projectswill be delivered within live and operational environments, so strongcommunication, organisation and the ability to coordinate works withoutdisrupting the client are key.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial fit-out and refurbishment A trade background, ideally within carpentry,



joinery or a similar construction trade Experience across a variety of fit-out projects Comfortable managing subcontractors and trades on site Experience working within live environments Strong communication and organisational skills A practical, hands-on approach to site delivery Ability to work closely with Site Managers, PMs, clients and subcontractorsWhat you'll get in return
