Your new role
Working closely with Directors and a portfolio of established clients, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, providing proactive business advice and delivering high-quality compliance services.Key responsibilities include:

- Managing a portfolio of SME, family group and high-net-worth clients
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and income tax returns for all entity types
- Providing tax planning, business advisory and strategic advice
- Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
- Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client outcomes
- Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior accountants
- Working closely with Directors on complex client matters and business development opportunities

What you'll need to succeed




To be successful in this role, you will have:

- CA or CPA qualification completed
- A minimum of 2 years' experience post CA or CPA qualification
- Public practice accounting experience within an Australian accounting firm
- Strong technical knowledge across tax and business services
- Experience managing client relationships and providing advisory services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a cooperative team environment
- A proactive approach and genuine desire to help clients succeed
