Senior Test Analyst – Conformance Assessment

Your new role
As a Senior Test Analyst within the Conformance Assessment team, you will deliver conformance and assurance services supporting the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of complex digital health systems.
Working with a high degree of independence, you will contribute across project and business-as-usual activities, including conformance assessment, service design, risk analysis and incident management.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering conformance and assurance services across assessment, reporting, monitoring and continuous improvement activities
Reviewing incidents, verifying test evidence and reporting assessment outcomes
Developing and maintaining requirements, test specifications, business processes and conformance documentation
Analysing technical, operational and risk information to identify issues and support evidence-based recommendations
Coordinating with internal teams, vendors and external partners to resolve complex matters
Supporting service improvements, innovation and capability uplift across the team

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience delivering conformance, assurance, testing,



compliance or related technical services in complex environments

- Experience applying relevant standards, frameworks and quality practices

- Strong analytical, risk assessment and problem-solving capability

- Ability to exercise sound judgement and work effectively under limited direction

- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills

- Experience developing clear and fit-for-purpose business and technical artefacts, including: business requirements, process maps, procedures, implementation plans, test specifications, briefing materials

- Ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences

- You must be an AU Citizen and have the eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Baseline security clearance

- Experience with the Healthcare Identifiers Service and relevant conformance frameworks or requirements will be highly regarded.
