Besa Bondi is looking for passionate chefs to join our small, tight-knit team in Bondi. We currently have opportunities for both Full Time and Casual Commis Chefs and Chefs de Partie. We are a young, driven crew with a deep love for Spanish food and taking real pride in what we do. Besa is a dedicated hospitality venue located in the heart of Bondi. We operate six days a week, but we strongly prioritize a healthy work-life balance and fair, sensible hours for our entire team. We believe in fostering a positive culture where every chef is encouraged to learn and grow while working with the finest ingredients.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute high-quality Spanish cuisine to a Hatted standard.
- Work collaboratively within a small, tight-knit kitchen team to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen safety,



and organization.
- Manage section preparation and service with strong attention to detail.
- Assist in maintaining an efficient kitchen environment and high-quality output.

Requirements

- Previous experience in fine dining or Hatted standard venues is preferred.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional service standards.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
