Your Key Responsibilities:

As the Coordinator, you will play a vital leadership role in shaping a positive, enriching environment for children, educators, and families. Your responsibilities will include:

- Create a safe, inclusive space – Champion a culture where every child and staff member feels welcome, supported, and respected
- Stay organised and vigilant – Manage accurate attendance records and bookings to ensure consistent supervision and safety

- Empower your team – Supervise and mentor educators , helping them grow in confidence and capability in their daily practice

- Inspire young minds – Design and deliver engaging,



educational programs , underpinned by thoughtful observations and reflection

- Live the values – Support and promote the mission and ethos of the Catholic Church , embedding them in your day-to-day leadership

- Build strong community ties – Nurture positive relationships with families, the school, and key community stakeholders

About You:

To excel in this role, you will bring:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care .

- Proven experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) .

- Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills

- Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic

- Certification in Child Protection Training .

- Current First Aid Certificates , including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.

- A valid NSW Working With Children Check .

- Completed the mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO. Register GECCKO
