Workforce International is currently seeking reliable and physically fit Dockhands / Freight Handlers for ongoing morning work with Direct Freight at Warwick Farm .
About the Role
This position will involve working in a fast-paced freight environment, assisting with the movement, sorting and handling of freight across the depot.
Your duties may include:
- Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
- Sorting freight and parcels
- Moving pallets and freight throughout the depot
- Manual handling and repetitive lifting
- General dock and warehouse duties
- Working as part of a team to meet daily freight deadlines
Shift & Pay
- Monday to Friday
- 4:30am - 9:30am
- $33.59 per hour
- Starting Tuesday 20 October 2026
- Warwick Farm NSW 2170
What We're Looking For
- Previous dockhand, freight handling or warehouse experience preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling
- Reliable and able to work Monday to Friday
- Available for early morning starts
- Own reliable transport is highly recommended due to the early start time
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Safety-focused and able to follow site procedures
Recruitment Process

- Functional assessment
- Drug & alcohol test
