Residential Gardens Home Care Services is a Support at Home provider.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking passionate, experienced and person centred Home Care Worker, who is required to assist in the provision of quality care services to Clients within their own home in a professional effective manner and demonstrate an empathetic attitude to the needs of our Clients.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Assisting with domestic duties and household chores
- Assisting with the preparation and cooking of meals
- Assisting with social support and encouraging engagement in social activities
- Assisting with Personal care, showering, and bathing, general self-care duties

You must address the following Essential Criteria to be considered for an interview.

ESSENTIAL:

- Experience working within aged care
- Certificate Level III or IV in Care Support Services or Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community) or above.




- Current driver's license and car with full comprehensive insurance
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis using your own vehicle.
- Full Australian working rights
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a team.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Police Check clearance.
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills.
- Good oral and written communication and comprehension skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work within WH&S; and a continuous improvement environment.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
- Trustworthy, pleasant and outgoing demeanour.
- Reliable, flexible approach to rostering.
- Full Australian working rights
