Mai-Wel Group is seeking a Support Worker for afternoons and overnights to join the SIL team. You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily living activities and ensure a secure, respectful home for participants. Availability includes weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

You will follow care plans, document handovers, and work with leadership to improve services, while building independence and confidence in participants.
