We are urgently seeking a reliable and compassionate female support worker to support a participant in Liverpool .

Essential experience and requirements:

- Must be female
- Current Medication Administration Training
- Experience working with high-needs participants
- Experience and understanding of working with and managing behaviours
- Experience/training in Wound Care Management is preferable
- Personal Care / Grooming
- Transfers
- Social and Community Access
- Have access to a reliable sedan
- Any additional training will be provided by our community nurse, however, prior experience is essential.
