Inglewood District Health Service is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner / Social Worker (Grade 1) for a fixed-term full time role from 11 January 2027 to 10 January 2028. The position supports graduates and early-career social workers to develop clinical skills in acute hospital, mental health and AOD settings.
You will undertake psychosocial assessments, create recovery-oriented care plans and provide evidence-informed interventions under supervision within a multidisciplinary team.
