Pan Pacific Melbourne is seeking a Part time Guest Service Agent in our Communications Centre to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will handle guest inquiries via phone and email, and provide information to assist during their stay.

The role requires flexibility to work a rotating roster including AM & PM shifts and weekends, with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to high service standards. Opera experience is desirable.
