Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group, is seeking a casual Community Disability Support Worker in Atherton to support clients in homes, workplaces and community settings.
You'll assist with daily living, attend activities, provide transport help, meal prep and easy in-home supports, with weekend availability and occasional sleepovers at SIL. Female applicants may be preferred due to client needs; background checks are required.
