Downer Group, on behalf of Spotless, seeks Casual Catering Assistants to support operations at Brisbane Immigration Detention Centre. You will help prepare and serve nutritious meals and maintain a safe, productive catering environment, contributing to the wellbeing of residents and staff.
You’ll work in a busy kitchen, following HACCP guidelines, cleaning as required, and assisting with ordering and stock control while upholding high food safety standards and teamwork.
