We are a busy, rapid-paced panel beating and smash repair business looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate must have previous experience within the panel beating/smash repair industry and understand how to deal with insurance companies and customers. We are looking for someone who understands the industry and can confidently manage the front desk and assist with the day-to-day running of the workshop.

Key responsibilities

- Answering phones, booking customers and handling enquiries
- Dealing with insurance companies, assessors and claims
- Managing paperwork and day-to-day administration
- following up with suppliers
- Managing the front desk
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the workshop

About you

- Previous experience working in a panel beating or smash repair business
- Experience dealing with insurance companies, assessors and claims
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident answering phones, booking customers and handling enquiries
- Highly organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, qualified and able to take initiative
