We are now seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Internal Sales & Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team. If you enjoy a mix of customer interaction and hands-on warehouse duties, this is the perfect role for you.

About the Role

In this dual role, you will support both internal sales and warehouse operations , helping ensure our customers receive the best service and our products are handled with care.

- Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person at the counter
- Prepare quotes, enter orders, and follow up on enquiries
- Build robust relationships with new and existing customers




- Provide product knowledge and recommend fastener solutions
- Work closely with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams

About You

You will succeed in this role if you have:

- Experience in internal sales, customer service, or warehousing
- 1-2 years of relevant experience required
- Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude
- Basic computer skills (ERP systems a bonus)
- A willingness to learn about fasteners and related products
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a hands-on environment
- Forklift licence (preferred, not essential)
