Join our team as a Lead Educator or Casual Educator at Eastwood Early Education Centre. We place a strong emphasis on children's rights and believe that children are capable and confident learners. We are developing a 'home away from home' for the children in our care and striving to be the centre of choice for families in the local area. Our interactions and relationships are positive, respectful and genuine.

Key responsibilities

- Create a safe, fun and welcoming environment
- Form genuine relationships with children, parents and team members
- Plan and implement a quality early learning program
- Document children's individual learning and critically reflect for continuous improvement
- Work Monday to Friday

About you

- ACECQA approved ECT Qualification or studying towards
- Current Blue Card
- ACECQA approved First Aid & CPR certificates
- Able to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment
- Able to form genuine relationships with children, parents and team members




- Fantastic communication skills and the ability to work as a team
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Good working knowledge of the EYLF & NQF
- Able to bring enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism, motivation and reliability to the role
