Because our projects are completely custom, no two days in office are ever the same.The RoleWe are seeking a motivated 2nd or 3rd-year Apprentice Carpenter to join our dedicated residential site team. This is a hands-on, highly practical role where you will work directly alongside the business owner and qualified chippies.You won't just be sweeping floors—you will be actively learning and developing your skills across all aspects of custom carpentry and building works.What you will learn and work on: • Framing & Roofing: Traditional stick framing, roof pitching, and truss setups. • Structural Work: Setting out sub-floors, structural tie-downs, and custom renovations. • Lock-up & Fix: Installing external cladding, window/door frames, and premium internal fix-outs. • Site Management:
