The Role Care Service Employee (Casual) | North, ParramattaNSW

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Service Employees to join our team on a casual basis in North, Parramatta. Flexibility to work across morning, afternoon,



and night shifts is essential. To be considered for this role, you’ll need full working rights in Australia with no restrictions. We are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this position.

Your duties will include:

- Assisting residents with personal care including showering
- Supporting residents with meals
- Contributing to care planning with registered staff
- Documenting care and services provided to residents
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities
