What You’ll Do

- Analyse large and complex customer,campaignand digital datasets to uncover actionable insights andidentifyopportunities for growth and optimisation.
- Develop,maintainand optimise SQL queries, datatablesand analytical datasets to support reporting, performancetrackingand business decision-making.
- Measure campaign effectiveness, customerbehaviourand digital sales performance, providing recommendations that improve customer and commercial outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders across marketing, digital,customerand strategy teams to understand business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Translate complex data into transparent insights and compelling recommendations that influence strategy, customerexperienceand business performance.





What We're Looking For

- ExceptionalSQL skills, with the ability to independently extract, manipulate and analyse data from large and complex datasets.
- Proven capability in data preparation, reporting, campaign analytics, customeranalyticsand performance measurement.
- Excellentproblem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a passion for turning data into meaningful business insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work autonomously and contribute from day one.
- SQL is a core requirement; comfortable with a brief SQL assessment during recruitment.
