Forming part of the leadership team, this is a pivotal role and will be fully responsible for leading a small, onsite and offsite talented Digital Marketing team. You will be responsible for the group's digital performance, overseeing all Digital Marketing Offerings including Strategy, Data Analytics, Paid Media, SEO, Content, Social, Marketing Automation, Affiliate partnerships, Personalisation, CRO and other associated areas. You will also lead the marketing calendar with fresh ideas and support for the marketing team to execute.

Key responsibilities

Lead the Digital Marketing team and oversee all digital marketing offerings including Strategy, Data Analytics, Paid Media, SEO, Content, Social, Marketing Automation, Affiliate partnerships, Personalisation, and CRO

Lead the marketing calendar with fresh ideas and support for the marketing team to execute

Drive and own internal and external meetings with well-structured briefing processes, methodologies,



presentations, and professionalism

Ensure accountability, high standards and constantly drive improvement from your team and supplier partners and agencies

Make sound, data-driven decisions using Analytics tools

Deliver maximum ROI for the business

Foster and deliver strategic initiatives to drive differentiation, innovation and growth

About you

Experienced and cutting-edge E-Commerce & Marketing manager

Ideally some agency experience

Demonstrated minimum 3 years leading the E-Commerce/Digital of a growing B2C or D2C discretionary products business

Proficient in both strategic and tactical communication across various levels internally, as well as external supplier partners and agencies

Entirely proficient with Analytics tools
