You’ll lead a diverse team, develop menus for weddings and functions, and partner with the Group F&B; Manager to drive quality and guest satisfaction.
Staff accommodation is available, and you’ll have creative freedom within brand standards to design memorable menus while controlling costs and maintaining safety.
