DLA Piper’s Investment Management & Funds (IM&F;) practice in Australia is growing, and we are seeking a funds lawyer to join our Sydney team. The role focuses on funds formation and cross-border transactions, working with senior colleagues on complex matters for blue-chip clients.

You will have 2–4 years PQE in funds at a leading firm, solid drafting and analytical skills, and excellent communication and organisational abilities.
