Auxus is seeking an experienced Facilities/Workplace Services leader to manage a portfolio of NSW Government Workplace sites in Sydney. You will lead, coach and develop the Concierge team to deliver consistent, high‑quality services across all sites, while monitoring KPIs and addressing gaps with the Operations Manager.

You will own resource planning, cover leave, and act as the client’s day-to-day contact.
