South East Water Corporation is seeking an experienced WRP Operations Team Leader to guide a small team responsible for the safe and effective operation of Water Recycling Plants across the Mornington Peninsula region.

You will lead operators, ensure EPA licence compliance, manage maintenance and after-hours roster, and drive safety and environmental outcomes while coordinating with contractors and internal teams.
