Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Leading Hand – Mechanical Fitter to oversee shutdown activities and coordinate a team of fitters on site in the Gladstone region. This permanent role offers full-time hours with overtime opportunities and a safety-focused, team-oriented culture.
The ideal candidate has proven leadership in mechanical fitting, a valid driver’s license, and rights to work in Australia. Local to the Gladstone region and available for day/night shifts on a rotating roster.
