PMM Personnel is currently seeking experienced Underground Fitters for ongoing opportunities at the Kathleen Valley Mine Site.
We're looking for mechanically qualified tradespeople with underground mining experience. Candidates with experience maintaining Sandvik underground drills, loaders, trucks or other underground mining equipment are encouraged to apply.
Whether your trade background is HD Fitter, Plant Mechanic, Diesel Fitter or similar, we'd like to hear from you.
- Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults
- Complete scheduled servicing and inspections
- Maintain equipment reliability and availability
- Complete maintenance reporting and documentation
- Work safely in a production-focused underground environment
- Contribute to maintenance and operational targets

Essential Requirements
- Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Previous Underground Mining ExperienceExperience Working on Underground Drills Highly Regarded
- Sandvik Experience Preferred
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Solid Commitment to Safety
- Ability to Pass a Full Pre-Employment Medical
- Ability to Pass Drug & Alcohol Screening
- Current National Police Clearance
