The Royal Sydney Golf Club in Rose Bay is seeking a passionate Sommelier to lead our wine and beverage program, delivering a refined guest experience. Reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage, you will own wine strategy, curate the wine list, and drive memorable service across the dining room.
You will work Tuesday to Saturday with flexibility for special events, training the team, and hosting wine events that elevate our offering. A solid wine background and market knowledge are essential.
