Tennis NSW is seeking a Competitive Pathways Lead to grow competitive tennis across NSW by delivering pathway programs, competitions and initiatives. You will partner with clubs, coaches and stakeholders to create engaging player experiences and strengthen participation at all levels.
You will coordinate initiatives, calendars and tournaments, build robust relationships with tournament directors and officials, and provide guidance and support to improve local competitive play opportunities.
