Waminda invites a dedicated Counsellor to join the Miyanga Mirriral Nanga-Mai Gunyah Team in Bomaderry, NSW. You will deliver culturally secure, trauma-informed counselling within the residential Alcohol and Other Drugs program, supporting women, families and communities on holistic recovery pathways.
You will work in collaboration with staff and partner agencies, applying Aboriginal ways of knowing and a strengths-based approach while maintaining ethics, records and continuous service improvement.
