HammondCare’s Dementia Support Australia (DSA) team seeks a Dementia Support Coach in Parramatta. You will deliver hands-on, evidence-based dementia support to clients, carers and care staff, drawing on coaching techniques and experience in aged care.

The role is a fixed-term contract until June 2028, with hybrid work options and a mission-driven team focused on compassionate, effective dementia care.
