Artistry Hair & Cosmetic Lounge is looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Hair Salon Manager to lead our team and help take our beautiful salon to the next level.

Located in Pacific Pines on the Gold Coast, Artistry is an established salon with a loyal clientele and a strong focus on exceptional hair services, client experience and creating a welcoming, professional environment.

We are seeking someone who is not only an exceptional senior hairdresser but also a natural leader with a genuine passion for growing a successful salon .

The Role

As Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon while leading and supporting our team.

- Leading, mentoring and motivating our team of stylists and apprentices.
- Managing daily salon operations, rosters, appointments and client experience.
- Driving salon growth through client retention, rebookings, retail sales and service performance.
- Developing and implementing promotions, marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
- Taking an active role in social media, content creation and maintaining our brand presentation.
- Recruiting, onboarding and supporting new team members.
- Maintaining exceptional standards of professionalism, presentation and customer service.
- Monitoring salon performance, KPIs and opportunities for improvement.
- Creating a positive,



supportive and accountable team culture.
- Providing exceptional hairdressing services while balancing management responsibilities.

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive and genuinely excited about the opportunity to manage and grow a salon.

Ideally, you will have:

- A Certificate III in Hairdressing and extensive senior stylist experience.
- Previous salon management, team leadership or senior supervisory experience.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for mentoring and developing other stylists.
- Confidence in managing salon operations, rosters and team performance.
- A creative mindset with an interest in marketing, social media and business development.
- A strong understanding of retail sales, rebooking and client retention.
- A positive, qualified attitude and the ability to lead by example.
- The initiative to identify opportunities and turn ideas into action.
