WE’RE HIRING! VENUE MANAGERS – 2 POSITIONS

Salary: $85,000–$90,000 per annum | Immediate Start Preferred

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking hands‑on Venue Managers who understand the hospitality industry, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and know how to create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high operational standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee daily venue operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.

- Lead, motivate, train and manage hospitality staff.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high guest satisfaction.

- Manage rostering, staff performance and day‑to‑day operational requirements.

- Maintain food safety, workplace health and safety, and responsible service standards.

- Monitor stock, control costs and contribute to venue profitability.

- Ensure the venue is clean, organised,



welcoming and professionally presented.

- Support coffee service and maintain high standards of beverage preparation.

- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.

- Help grow sales, improve service standards and create a positive team culture.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Essential requirements:

- Proven experience in hospitality, venue management or a supervisory role.

- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification – essential.

- Practical coffee-making and barista experience – essential.

- Strong leadership, communication and people‑management skills.

- Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities.

- A hands‑on attitude and the ability to lead by example.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a busy environment.

- Flexibility to work across relevant hospitality shifts, including weekends where required.
