Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll officer to oversee the end to end payroll function within a fast paced and growing organisation.

This role will suit a detail driven payroll professional who thrives in a agile environment and enjoys improving systems, ensuring compliance, and delivering an exceptional payroll service to the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full payroll cycle ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation including PAYG, superannuation, STP reporting and payroll tax obligations.
- Lead payroll reporting, reconciliations and end of month processes.
- Partner closely with Finance and HR to ensure accurate employee data and payroll processes.
- Drive payroll process improvements and system efficiencies.

About You





- You are a confident payroll professional with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- You bring solid experience managing payroll in a complex business environment and are comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and payroll systems is essential.
- Hands-on experience working with Employment Hero.
